Outstanding opportunity for a senior financial analyst with a public company in Melville NY. This position will report to the manager of financial planning and analysis. Salary is in the $70-75k range.

Responsibilities:
•Work closely with the management of the business to develop strategic/financial plans
•Conduct analyses of the business' performance
•Prepare forecasts, perform critical budget analyses and variances
•Conduct financial research, analyze trends, and participate in a wide variety of finance-related projects.
Required:
•Degree in accounting or finance
•Minimum 5 years of finance experience
•Excellent analytical, business modeling skills and problem solving skills
•Must have strong understanding of and experience with budgeting and forecasting process
