Capital One is seeking someone to join our Commercial Loan Operations Team in Melville NY. This high performing group is responsible for processing new commercial loans as well as all maintenance on existing loans within the department’s portfolio.



Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):





Book and Service new Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Family transactions based upon Loan Documentation and Credit Approval Memorandum within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of Loan Package



Process Renewals, Extensions and Modifications based upon Loan Documentation and Credit Approval Memorandum within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of Loan Package.



Review Loan Transactions to ensure all terms and conditions have been properly documented on the servicing platform.



Post payment and disbursement transactions to appropriate General Ledger accounts and consistently remain in proof at the end of each business day.



Update systems with general loan maintenance.



Provide customer service and resolve issues.

Experience

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of experience with Commercial Loans



Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of experience with Commercial Loans

3 years of Banking Experience
